Brachi Testing Services riceives the provisional accredited laboratory status for the Wastewater Module
Brachi Testing Services is one of the most acclaimed laboratories in the fashion & luxury sector, to which it contributes with a set of skills and professionalism that is absolutely unique for an entirely private reality like the ours.
The latest acknowledgment is the assignment of the provisional laboratory status for sludge and wastewater analysis according to the Wastewater Module of the ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Module) Gateway.
The ZDHC program, of which Brachi Testing Services is a contributor, consists of a stringent set of requirements and standards that both brands and companies in the supply chain must respect to demonstrate their concrete commitment to chemical management in production, with special reference - in the case of the Wastewater Module - to the sludge and industrial wastewater environmental impact minimization.
The provisional laboratory status allows Brachi Testing Services to perform sampling and testing activities on sludge and wastewater and to send data to ZDHC. With the consent of interested parties, these data can be made public in a logic of maximum transparency and indexing of the quality level achieved.
Brachi Testing Services will work to honor and maintain over time this mandate, whose prestige also depends from the fact it is attributed by an organization such as ZDHC which includes leading fashion & luxury brands, international retailers, a growing number of companies in the supply chain and even the most important chemical manufacturers. All committed to bringing progressively to zero the use of hazardous chemicals in production.
