PratoFast is the name of Brachi service reserved for the companies operating in Prato, where the Laboratory has begun its growth path until the present international dimension and still maintains its roots.
Specially conceived for the companies of Prato’s textile district, PratoFast is a subscription-based service that guarantees the analyses’ results within a maximum time limit of one day from the sample delivery.
Tests’ results are sent by e-mail on a standard model of the Laboratory, but the official test report can be emitted, at the customer’s request, with one day more and a minimum extra charge.
Subscribers can count on dedicated telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Moreover, highly skilled technicians are available to answer every kind of question.
What happens if we are not able to proceed on time? In such improbable case, Brachi safeguards its clients by reducing the service’s costs up to half.
