Brachi partners - IC Trade Moscow
Control-proof support offered to brands in Russia and Eurasian Union
Gambling a market such as Russia for a wrong certification is a risk that no company can afford to run consciously, all the more today that product controls are a reality not only on course of customs clearance but even in stores. For brands and shipping firms, fines and penalties can be also very high.
Compliance procedures, on the other hand, are extremely complex, due to the new EAC certification already in force in the Eurasian Customs Union (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan) that will be soon introduced also in Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.
What does all this mean? That for many products - in short, all major Italian export items, first and foremost clothing - rules of individual member countries no longer apply, but rather those of the aforementioned Customs Union - a common economic space created in 2010 on the European Union model.
In order to support Italian companies in such a fluid geopolitical and business context, Brachi has signed a partnership agreement with IC Trade, a leading Italian consulting company based in Moscow, whose competences range from logistics to customs regulations, including the management of EAC certification processes.
Through this partnership, Brachi is able to offer its clients increased service reliability, from the assessment on materials to risk analysis, up to the essential tests for obtaining the obligatory certifications fixed by authorities on Russian territory.
Brachi caters to those brands already present on Eurasian market that want to protect themselves and their market shares, but also to companies that think about these countries in perspective and therefore look for a integrated support: in other terms, a unique partner with expertise in regulatory assistance, technical advice and execution of all tests required for product compliance with legal standards.
